Concerning Magical Items

With the ministry, all magical items in Verus must be set under a special registry.

All craftsmen of Magic Implementation are required by Imperial Law to provide an arcane signature on their work, and to submit a matching record of the magical item to the Ministry of ARMOR, this provides an indexable archive of all magical items in the Verus area (although agreements have been made between the other regions of also providing such records). The Ministry can use such records to track important magical items, if the need presents itself, but most are not of such danger that they have not already been apprehended and disposed of.

I have about 5800 left after buying my equipment. I Would like two magical items, a ring of protection +1, and a Amulet of natural defense +1. One of these can be switched out for Bracer of Armor +1. The cost of these are as follows:
Ring of Protection +1 - 2000 gp
Amulet of natural defense +1 - 2000 gp
Bracer of Armor +1 - 1000gp

Knowing your Sorcerer might live through direct combat... Priceless.
